Return Policy

In accordance with the Law of Georgia on Protection of Consumer Rights, a product bought under a distance contract may be returned within 14 calendar days of receipt without stating a reason.

For a return, the product must be unused, in saleable condition, complete, and in its original packaging.

• Contact us by phone or email and provide your order number

• Describe the reason for the return (helpful, though not required within the 14-day period)

• Our operator will agree the return method and timing with you

Refunds are issued no later than 14 calendar days after we receive the product and verify its condition, using the same payment method as the original transaction.

• Goods made to order or customised to the customer's specification

• Hygiene-related products whose seal has been broken

• Products damaged as a result of improper use by the customer

If a product has a manufacturing defect, please contact us immediately. In that case the product will be replaced, repaired, or refunded, as determined under applicable law. We cover the cost of returning a defective product.
